Who do you think the buyer of my home is going to be?…

I often get asked that question by sellers and often respond, “Quite frankly, I hope a qualified one.”
I don’t mean to offend anyone with this post, but at the end of the day, it is irrelevant who purchases your home because the marketing of it cannot be tailored to any buyer. I want to make certain that your property is marketed to the widest audience possible, regardless of where they live or what their home buying objectives are. My concern is that you sell your home as quickly as possible for the best price that the market will bear.

To do that I need your cooperation to make certain that it is priced correctly and shows well. Because more than 90% of home buyers today are using the Internet to look for their new home you need to treat the on-line marketing of your home as an open house 24×7, 7 days per week. Listings that do not have exceptional photos or that are missing information are not only unprofessional, but do not showcase your home – and that is how you lose buyers. When buyers see your listing I want them to make a decision as to whether or not they want to come based on the quality of the listing and whether the photos and additional detail speaks to their needs.
