Marci was incredible! She knows the Baltimore area very well, and helped steer me toward houses that were both in my price range, and met my needs. As I refined what I was looking for, she kept up and gave me plenty of good suggestions! Just as importantly, she is also very familiar with what to look out for not just in surface things, but big expensive items like the roof, HVAC, etc, and helped me understand Baltimore’s unique property tax system. I ended up buying a house she showed me and I’m extremely happy with my decision!
