Its ok to say “Yes, you can”…

What does everyone say when they walk into a store and the sales clerk comes over and says “May I help you?”  The classic response, “No thanks, I’m just looking.” And the sales clerk walks away saying “Well just let me know if you need anything I’ll be over here.”

Interestingly enough, the same thing happens in real estate.  People sign up on our site, look at properties, and when we reach out the them – the wall goes up – “I was just looking”.  That’s great. Please do keep looking. I want you to keep looking on our site and take advantage of the information we have put together for you. But, if there is anything that I can do to make your experience on our site more productive, or answer any questions you have about a particular property, or the home buying or lending process, or set up an automated search just let me know. I won’t bite, and I won’t force you to buy anything. I promise. At a minimum, the conversation that we will have will either validate everything you already knew you provide you with some good information that sets you up for success when you are ready to buy.
