About Eric Elton
As a licensed Realtor, I love to work with both buyers and sellers in the greater-Baltimore metro area. I am a Baltimore transplant myself (byway of Texas and Virginia), and have loved learning everything I can about the city and surrounding counties. This passion carries over into helping clients find the perfect home or selling a home to someone who will cherish it just as much as them.
I have a PhD in Environmental Sciences from the University of Virginia and a BS in Biology and Geology from the University of Houston. I came to real estate after working for over a decade in Baltimore as a teacher and school administrator. As a constant learner myself, I am passionate about making sure my clients are comfortable and confident with the home buying/selling process. There are no “stupid” questions, and I will do all I can to support and guide you during the entire process.
When I’m not working, I typically am on a local hike, bike ride, or traveling with my fiancé. I’m cognizant of the fact that we all have to balance our lives with what can often feel like a complicated, though exciting process of buying or selling a home, and I try to make sure I provide stability all along the way. My goal is to make sure you’re happy and confident with your decisions, and will never pressure you into making a choice if you’re not ready.
Whether you are looking for someone to bounce questions off of and walk you through the complexities of real estate transactions without any commitment, or if you’re ready to find an agent who will be by your side every step of the way; feel free to reach out.
