Shopping

Baltimore provides its residents with a lot of different shopping options from traditional big box stores to eclectic one-of-a-kind shopping experiences.  Check out some of my favorites places to shop around town

Fleet Street Market – Touted as Farm-To-Table you will find a lot of locally sourced products in this corner market, from fresh vegetables to cured meats.  And if you are looking to grab a quick bite, this place has an awesome lunch menu that changes regularly.  Definitely worth picking up a sandwich and then walking down to the Fell’s Point waterfront to enjoy the view.

Baltimore City Farmer’s Market – This farmer’s market located under I83 has some of the best local produce, meats, arts and crafts, and food around town.  It starts at 7am and runs until about 12 noon and you can not only get some really great food cheap, but also enjoy people watching.  This video was taken in front of the pickle vendor where my wife Katy and I get our weekly dose of bread and butter pickles.  Ignore the sirens, that was just the BCPD making tracks to the market.
