I have had the distinct pleasure of representing countless first-time buyers.  I understand that this is one of, if not THE, biggest decisions of my clients’ lives.  Oftentimes, parents or guardians are involved in some aspect of the decision-making process – and for a variety of reasons.

I want you to know that I will do everything in my power to take care of the details – big and small – to make the home buying process as smooth possible for your loved one.  I ask the tough questions at the beginning and all the way through to the close – to make sure that we are prepared.    My priority always is to protect my clients.  Always.

My good standing as a licensed Realtor, combined with my qualifications as an Accredited Buyer’s Representative (ABR) and my MBA from Loyola University in Maryland, mean that I understand real estate, am a highly qualified negotiator, and that I am up-to-date on the latest laws and tax credits.  I am also a father of three and a husband – and that means I understand family dynamics and the complexity of emotions involved in this process that go well beyond just a “transaction”.
