Bars And Restaurants

Baltimore is a foodie town and has a lot of great places to sample some really great cuisine or hang out at a local bar for a pint and people watch. My family and I are always looking for new places to explore.  I hope that you enjoy some of our favorites…

VerdeMy wife was craving pizza so we decided to give this place a try.  The atmosphere is comfortable and the owner, Ed, and his son, Evan, were such gracious hosts.  Ed came by our table often to see how we enjoyed our meal.  As we were leaving I was showing my son the oven where the pizzas were made.  Ed invited us into the open kitchen and Evan was happy to show my kids and I how quickly each pie cooked  – My kids could not believe it when he told them it took about 90 seconds.  It was  a great experience all around. WoodBerry Kitchen – Whether you sit at the bar, which I highly recommend, or at one of their tables (inside or out), you will not be disappointed.  This place can be described in one word – AWESOME! This restaurant has figured it out and the menu, which changes daily takes advantage of the seasonal items that are available from local farms and markets.  Reservations are always a good idea because it get’s busy early.
