Looking for something to do, well Maryland and its surrounding states have quite a bit to offer from amusement parks to concert venues to museums.

Oriole Park at Camden Yards – Right in the heart of downtown, Camden Yards is a great way to spend some time with friends and family enjoying America’s Pass time, especially when they make the playoffs.  A convenient way to get there is the Light Rail, which drops you off right outside of the ballpark.  Check out this video from the 2012 playoff game against the Yankees.

Hershey Park – About 1.5 hours away from Towson, Hershey Park is known as the sweetest place on earth.  If you are looking for great days to go when it is less crowded try Memorial, Mother and Father’s Day, or the 4th of July.  Check out this video of me and my family on the flume ride known as the Coal Cracker.

Kings Dominion – Roughly 2.5 Hours from Baltimore, Kings Dominion is a great amusement park with something for everyone – Thrill Rides, Family Rides, a water park, and even a miniature version of the Eiffel Tower.  There are also plenty of great shows to see as well.  Check out this video I took of my daughter Natalie, riding the Drop Tower – Takes you up 27 stories and drops you at a rate of 72 MPH. This ride is insane!
